• Deliver a software solution tailored to the Client’s selected features and operational needs.
• Improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the Client’s workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, where applicable.
• Provide a user-friendly interface and reliable performance to enhance adoption.
• Support long-term growth through maintainable, upgradable, and secure architecture.

Notes

• Scope is based on the features/modules selected below.
• All requirements, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed during the onboarding phase.
• Requests outside the agreed scope will require a change order and may incur additional costs.
• Provider will maintain open communication through updates, milestone reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Client is responsible for timely feedback, approvals, and providing necessary resources/data.

Provider agrees to deliver, implement, and maintain the software solution as defined in Section 2 and detailed in Schedule A.

4. Payment Terms

5. Support & Maintenance

Provider will provide support per the terms in Schedule B, including response times, issue tracking, and escalation procedures.
